The vanilla flavor is good. I mix one scoop of the slim fast with an equal scoop of dry milk powder into cold 8oz water and mix with a whisk, usually towards the end of the glass I’ll add a bit more water (it’s a little gritty towards the end.) If you wanted to change things up I suggest adding nutmeg or a little cinnamon, or blending up some berries as the plain vanilla flavor while good does get boring after a few days. If you’re new to this kind of diet I highly recommend following the shake with a fiber supplement and some water to allow you to comfortably adjust to replacing a meal with a shake. Doing so made a world of difference for me, as I got more used to it was able to back off on the fiber supplements (kept the water though because that’s healthy and I should probably drink more water anyway) and not go wild on my daily meal.Remember to check in with your dr on a regular basis (skinny doesn’t equal healthy anymore than fat equals unhealthy) and be kind to yourself, in addition to whatever diet or exercise you do or don’t do, you matter so much more than your jeans size ❤️Out of all the Slim Fast meal replacement powders, this is my favorite! I put a scoop in 8oz. of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, a scoop of collagen and a tablesppon of my PB2 powder. Add a couple ice cubes and blend in my blender. It makes a tasty shake and keeps me full until I have a small snack around 10:30 am. I feel you get more for your buck with the Original rater than the Keto powder so that's why I get the original. It's part of my Slim Fast daily regimen and I do recommend it!In order to avoid the insanely priced meal replacement shakes out there, I decided to go with the timeless slim fast. I use water for my shakes of all types to cut down on calories and its just easier logistically, so someone else's experience may vary. The taste is ok, nothing to get excited about. It is mildly filling, but but a snack later is key unless you want to totally lose your motivation. Overall its a decent choice if you want a meal replacement shake to consume less calories without getting fancy with meal prep.Love the Vanilla flavor with all the different ingredients.
