I’ve been a fan of Adam for many years and couldn’t wait to read his most recent book which did not disappoint. I thought the only way to lose weight and get healthy was to not eat carbs, exercise A LOT, and hardly ever drink alcohol or eat dessert. How is that possible as a sandwich/hamburger lover with family who bakes and eats dessert with every meal while trying to keep up with two kids under 3 years old? Every day I’m falling off the wagon.
