I work out with the suit 4-6 times a week. It’s durable. It allows me to wear clothes underneath and move freely. I do a fit camp with a lot of movement and it works perfectly. I bought a 2x I’m 195# 5’4”.It’s stretchy and looks like a regular outfitGood quality, nice fit. I love the material.Try doing cardio workouts and sweating like a ? but needed. I would not suggest to do stretching or toning in them.This is the perfect addition to any walk, workout or general attempt at producing a sweat.Quality: I was hesitant about the fabric and quality with expectations of returning it... it is great quality. Fabric is interesting and you may smell a prophylactic smell upon first use but stick with it. Stitching is quality, elastic bands and drawstring are done well. In my opinion well worth the price tag and much nicer to use than Saran wrapping yourself. Compared to the big baggy suits out there, this is one you can go to the grocery store in and noone would know its not just a cute sweatsuit.Fit: I am 5'4, 140 (yes 10lbs of Covid, silent tears) and desperate to regain my work out ... I bought a large top/bottom because of the reviews. It fits me perfectly. Not too tight like leggings and not too loose like a hefty garbage bag. Just enough room to feel comfortable. If I were any taller the suit would most likely be too small. PANT - leg comes to my sneakers with a tiny break, is high-waist with a drawstring and elastic waistband.TOP - the neckline is nice, keeps heat in and is loose enough like a t-shirt and the arms come down to my wrists. Because of my height the top folds under nicely at my waist like a typical sweatshirt. There is elastic at the bottom but it is loose enough to pull flat over my rear end which I like to add an extra layer of heat production.HEAT: Ok so when you firts put the suit on its a little cool. Pulls on like sweats. YOU WILL SWEAT! Thats the point right? As your body warms up the suit will start to cling to your skin. Don't fear this feeling! Soon your temp is elevated (even if you are just cleaning the house, gardening or walking the dog) sweat drips down your back and down your extremities... ENJOY! This warm up may have you regretting this idea but once you get past this initial few minutes you'll find yourself LOVING the effect, feeling your tired, achey " stiff joints/muscles loosen and you'll crave MORE sweating!Care: So the wash instructions are a little daunting but I just rinse the suit in the shower immediately after use, then after my shower I hand wash it with regular laundry detergent and hang dry. Its ready to use again next day. Done.The suit has excited me to HOURS longer of walking and working out! I feel refreshed and energetic after!Sweating like this (also dry and wet sauna sweating) is so good for your body, circulation and weight loss regimen.Get the suit! Pay the price! Get results!The suit is comfortable and has stretch to it. I bought a 3xl because I'm pretty curvy. This suit is nothing like those trash bag sauna suits you can get at walmart. The material is breathable and works really well. I get compliments of how nice it looks. No one can tell it's a sauna suit! It definitely helps work up a sweat! Love the results so far!I have bought this product a while ago. I didn’t want to write a review right away because 1) I wanted to see if it is effective. 2) I wanted to t know if it is durable. Well, I can say that after a few months of using this product, it is both. My only issue with it is it is smaller than the actual size on the label. I’m a size 18, 5’4”, 225lbs and I ordered the XXL both in pants and top. The top fits, but it is a little tight. The pants doesn’t fit at all as I have big thighs. Overall, I’m pleased with the product and it’s effectiveness. Hope my review can be of help to someone else.I was amazed by the good quality of the suit. It looks like regular set of sweat pants and sweatshirt. I can literally go to the grocery store and nobody would know it’s a sauna suit.I am 5’4 and weight 137lbs at the moment. I’m usually a size small, or medium for stretchy feeling. I bought a large. Always go a size up !The sauna suit fits a bit big but it’s super comfortable. I have more movement availability. Muy recomendableThis is a great suit. Doesn’t make noise and size is pretty true. I’m usually a medium/L and I ordered a L and it fit well. I Proly could have ordered a med. only thing I hate about this suit is the hand washing and hang to dry. I can’t use the suit again for 2 days. But I ordered a second suit so now it works perfectly !I loved it.. my size is perfect i got..i watched the size cart and fits perfect. It makes you sweat really.. just u will have feeling of cold and sticky thing rest all good .. i will consider to buy more later may be.This is a great product .I have purchased other sauna suites and to be honest this is like wearing a track suite i love that about it. I purchase a 2xl based on size chat but i was too big because this item stretches quite a bit. so i now have to order a size down. also it generate heat really quick which i likeReceived my order and was happy easy to clean still makes a sound of rubbing when walking though but doesn't bother me at all
