Thank youI'm in so love with this equipment, its super fun. You don't really need to look at the instructions its super easy to attach and detach nodes to customize the size. You have to get the ball swinging to use it. If you can't get it swinging with your hips at first, you can use your hand to swing it and afterwards, use your hips to keep it going. You also need to be sure you have enough space to use it because the ball swings widely. It took me a few tries to get used to it but once you get the hang of it, it's much easier to get a workout. Get a real hula hoop and have fun, cheaply, without pain. This is like a rollercoaster track around your belly and feels like one too. :/It's easy to use. But you don't have to really use any muscle.
