It runs extremely small. I’m not overweight, in fact I’m loosing weight and the size I normally wear is not the size I need. I have to go up a size or two because there is no stretchI just got it in and I’m 5’4 165 pounds. I got an extra large and it’s pretty tight but I can fit it on.I bought it as a gift to my girlfriend and she absolutely loves it! I know she was hunting for a decent sweat band and she told me this one is perfect for the price. It is so easy to put on, just snap it in with the Velcro. The fabrics is so tender which makes it super comfortable to wear on a daily base. She even asked me to order a few for her friends.Fits but runs small. Accidentally ordered an XL thought I ordered a L or M product stretches well and is comfortable. I was surprised at how small it was when I unwrapped it even though the bag said xLI bought this cause i saw one just like it on an instgram but this one was cheaper. It’s okay quality and could maybe work but it digs into my back because it doesn’t fit my torso properly.Button wasn’t on zipper. Wasted my money and I was waiting to use it. Whoever owns this company does not help. at all. i reached out no response.This waist trainer is perfect, it fits well, able to sweat were I want to and I am super happy.you can feel the burn!! lol
