I've been taking coconut oil capsules for over a year and this was my first time buying this brand. I haven't been using them long enough to know how well they work however they are small and easy to take. I imagine they will work just as well as the kind I typically use. They do have a bit of a funky smell that I dislike but I just try to not take a whiff when I open the bottle.I finally found coconut oil in pill form. I was tired of eating spoonfuls of it. I'm also excited about it being 3000 mg, so I'm not having to take so many pills. Price is good, too.The screen shot of the label implies that each capsule is 3000 mg when in actuality that is referring to a serving size,which is three 1000mg capsules.That is not how we are used to seeing a product labeled. It is clearly meant to deceive the consumer and it makes me suspicious of the product itself. The capsules have a very thick and rigid coating,not a softgel at all.I opened a capsule and there is a hint of coconut aroma,not a strong smell that I am used to.I should have gone with NOW Virgin Coconut Oil capsules as I have in the past,a very reputable brand and the cost per capsule is the same.Shame on you,Amazon.this is a great product to lower bad cholesterol ...i have been on it a year and dropped 25 points.I am not sure about this product yet. It is easy to take nut not sure there is as much coconut oil in the pill as advertised as the benefits are not visible yet.These capsules are large and may be hard to swallow. The Coconut oil is fully digestible and organic. It is helpful for suppressing candida over growth.Good qualitygood
