I knew I needed to change my eating habits. I saw this book at a thrift store. I read the first half and decided to get going on this to see if I could lose weight. I was surprised that so many of these recipes were actually very good. I have been on the diet for 2 months and still going strong on it. I am losing weight and I don’t crave sugar. It is a great way to feel good about yourself. The exercises are good but because of certain physical attributes, I can’t do all of them. I am very pleased because he lays out all the days with what to eat. After your 21 days, he has another section in the back to help you keep your weight off. Excellent book. I had three friends buy it so they can start to lose weight. Co- workers are calling me ‘skinny’.
