This is my second one to order. It holds around 50 sets of plans. Works great for me.I work at a college and bought this item to hold rolled vinyl traffic banners... heavier than paper, yes, but not crazy. As a rolling cart it works fine, but the first time we lifted it into a truck to move it around campus the bottom ripped right out of the particle board. I had to have our carpenters build a plywood box to replace it, just saving the cardboard inserts from this one. For $250, this should be much better built than it is. Again... if you just want to roll it around, i think it will do fine... but don't lift it from the handles with much weight in it or it won't last long.As a custom home builder, we are always looking at ways to improve our customers, out staff, our office, etc! After using a large wicker basket to hold our many house plans and having difficulty finding the right plan at a spur of a moment, this mobile house plan cabinet is a great addition to our office! It's particle board and shipping caused some cracking of the pieces - since appearance isn't critical for this (it's holding paper!), it wasn't worth returning. However, the cost to quality ratio isn't very high. Since cardboard versions of this go for $80 and only hold 20, we went with this one thinking it would last longer. We'll see if that's the case. What a disaster! Assembling the outer panels was a breeze, but the inside is a nightmare! It is made of cardboard with plastic pieces that slip on and finish the edges. The plastic pieces aren't quite as wide as the cardboard and near impossible to get to go on and the more you try to shove them on, the more the cardboard splits and bends on the edges. I've broke every fingernail and given myself a couple of nice large papercuts. It is nice quality, but the assembly makes it a 2 star product.materials are garbage for the price. Try using the same types of screw heads on the ones supplied next time so I don't have to search through 41 different types of bits. The cardboard dividers and the plastic edge caps are difficult to assemble, as other buyers have noted. The grid is also a little small; larger rolls won't fit easily. I had one of these in my old office, so when I bought one, I knew what to expect. Safco should improve this product. It's a great product. This is the second time we bought it.
