I makes me sweat a lot but the legs part keeps on falling every time I exercise so this is definitely only for walking, not exercising at all is annoying.Love it... just should have went for the size under XL ... I’m a big girl... bout 5’2...255 pounds with a stomach... the stomach fits well... I have a kangaroo pouch and i wish the top half was longer so it could cover all stomach but even though I have big legs... the leg parts are pretty big... I tried to put it as tight as I could but it definitely kept sliding down my leg while walking... I will definitely use it more and try to tighten the leg tighter... this product came early...
