I don't see any way of contacting the seller regarding this, so I will leave it in a review. I bought the 20' x 24' 90% shade tarp. The amount of shade was great, however, I am very disappointed with this product. Once we got the tarp, we unrolled it to inspect it before we mounted it. It looks smaller than 20' x 24' so we stretched it out and measured it. I feel completely ripped off and overcharged!! The tarp, fully stretched out, is 19.5' x 22'. I had a specific area that I needed to cover and this does not work. I did not have time to return it and wait for another one to arrive so we had to deal with it. Very disappointed in you Amazon. I want a partial refund for the square footage that I bought, but did NOT get!
