I think the outside of this journal is beautiful and well made! The paper on the inside is rather thin, so it’s probably best to use a pencil or gel pen that won’t bleed to fill it out. This book isn’t great for people who do a lot of cardio. It has a lot of room for sets and reps and wouldn’t be great for recording runs. I am training for a marathon and this won’t be very helpful for that; however, it’s a cute little journal and could help some people if they wanted to record or plan their workouts. You can also track your meals. Overall, it’s okay. I wish the paper was much thicker. There isn’t a lot of room to put the stickers either.Now I have to fill it in!!Love it!!I went to start in the journal and it’s literally used and filled out on the first page but it’s erased. Completely unprofessional and just rude to send a product that’s already been used
